The Traveler appreciation thread

Thanks man! It felt good when I didn't get the 'page not reached' anymore today. Looking around at the other boards the last weeks it again became clear to me there is no comparable board to this one.
 
I've known travis since I was a freshman in high school, and he was a senior.
He would sit with the cool kids who were renegades. they would shun me, calling me a dork among other names, and he would tell them to back off, and invite me to sit with them. then they got to know me, and respected the skills...the rest is history.

Even though we've only talked a few times, I know Trav deserves this thread. You're a hardworking individual and all of us in the community appreciate what you do around here.

But really, this is such an amazing site where all us weirdos can virtually hang out and learn from one another.

The depths of my gratitude for this special place are hard to express... and if I tried I'd probably sound like a babbling idiot. So I'll keep it short and sweet:

Absolutely! The Traveler is a unique human being and is unequivocally: quite intelligent, deeply respectful, light-hearted, compassionate, equal-minded, possessing clarity of thought and a most noble character. Above all else we have come to know of him... selflessly dedicated to the greater cause.

For that we are all quite indebted to his integral efforts, born of fearless exploration, adherence to reason and tireless service to this esteemed Fellowship. As well as the larger collective, The Family of Mankind. Thank you, Trav!!!

As guests, it is both an honor and a pleasure to join into the discussions provided in such an intelligent and mind expanding atmosphere. I think that as we converge into The Winter Solstice, it is a wondrous time to raise heart-felt toast to our host, The Traveler. You know, the ole "Three Cheers!" 8)
