Things forming in my mouth after inhaling DMT

Hello fellow members,
My name is J, I have been a member for a little while now, but until now I haven’t posted anything. I have mostly been reading a lot and gaining information and knowledge that way. I actually wanted to make my first post after my first breakthrough, and I thought that would also be a nice moment to make a donation and express my gratitude for all the wisdom shared here.
However, I have run into a problem that I cannot find anything about on this forum, which is very frustrating since I have already invested a lot of time and money.
I do the extraction of cyb with the salt, and I am convinced that the product itself is 100% fine.
So far I have used the VG, and since about a week I have the glass Sherlock, which is an expensive but amazing piece of equipment. The last parts for a mesh e-vape setup are on the way. I think the vape might solve my problem, but still...
Here finally comes the problem:
As soon as I take one good hit, inhale and exhale, and start the second one — around the moment when you start to feel something — a reaction happens. It almost feels like the smoke suddenly “turns” and I start feeling all kinds of nasty stuff forming in my mouth. It becomes so intense that it’s hard to ignore. It makes you want to rinse your mouth and spit things out, but there isn’t actually anything there. It only feels that way.
I’m probably not explaining it very well, but it almost feels like something is preventing me from getting access. I know that sounds a bit spiritual or strange, but I can’t think of any other explanation anymore.
Is there anyone who recognizes this or can tell me more about it?
I’m a good person with good intentions.
I hope someone recognizes this story and is willing to help me.

Freebase DMT can be quite difficult to inhale and is sometimes irritating to the throat and lungs, although this sounds like it might be something different.

Does it feel like you’re mouth is full of pebbles? Or like there’s a marble in your throat? Could you elaborate a bit more on the feeling?

First of all ,thanks forcl taking the time to reply !Its very hard to explane ...the damp feels dry and it feels like some pebbles are forming but also like there is forming a werd film over your teeth ,the feeling is to strong to ignore you want to spit and clean your mouth ....im sorry that i cant be more specific

Over the years it has not been uncommon to hear these effects, usually its referred to as the throat marble, I believe it’s even in the lexicon. Some people have also described the feeling as if their mouth was covered in crystalline material. A quick search came up with 4 topics, see below.

I only have experienced this effect a couple of times and it never bothered me, it’s just part of the very wide range of experiences that DMT has to offer. What I usually did was play around with the feeling, sometimes this resulted in me trying to talk and only making very strange sounds, like speaking in tongues. A very interesting experience aswel as the strange sounds I made where completely integrated with the trip, plus me being very surprised by the effects .

To mitigate the effects you could try to brush your teeth right before so you know that they are clean, and take extra care with vaporizing your DMT, burning it can cause a very unpleasant taste.

While on spice, I have experienced a couple times a very unpleasant feeling as if there was a marble or other small round object sliding down my throat into a cavity beneath it. It pulled me out of the experience and prompted me to verify I hadn't accidentally swallowed one of my airpods. I would check, confirm I hadn't, and laugh at the absurdity of such a worry. After this point the feeling was between like having a pill stuck in the throat and having this marble sitting in this cavity. Thread 'Strange "Ball" Feeling'

I figured I would find out if anyone else has been experiencing the strange feeling that SWIM has been. SWIM and I have read a lot regarding DMT, including DMT: The Spirit Molecule (who here hasn't??), and we are familiar with the documented "catch in the throat" or "small choke" feeling that can and usually does occur with moderate to high doses of DMT.

However, SWIM has experienced this feeling in a very strange way. He says that as soon as he takes a large hit of DMT, he knows it's going to be strong since the feeling of a chamber forming just below his throat becomes very pronounced...

I just read some information here about what you call "throat marbles" and I wanted to share my thoughts on it:

Never done any psychedelics, but I know a feeling resembling the marbles. It is not easy to accurately describe it, but I try my best. I've been taking psychedelics and DMT, have 7-8 years of experience and broken through with DMT like 40 or 70 + times at this point (Easily over 200+ individual trips), and I never heard about "Marbel throat" before! When I used to go to hyperspace a lot, around 2019, I just remember me having my mouth wide open while I was in the other dimension. I don't remember having something stuck in the throat though, only like I am struggling to breath, or like I don't have to breathe. I remember FEELING like a ball at one point, in one of my strongest trips, I was even seeing giant geometric balls bouncing (That's hilarious) and making a boing sound. I can say I experienced everything, but marbel throat? Never! Must happen to some individuals, or maybe I just need to pay more attention the next time I try it!
