unusual crystals (for me)

while tidying a spare room i noticed i had left one of my glass containers in there which i use for the freeze process.
it would have certainly appeared empty when i left it there a couple weeks ago i expect.
when i looked in it i found these amazing looking crystals.
im still somewhat new to extracting and have not come across this style of dmt before.
weighs 20mg

thankyou...and they appeared from nothing!...i didnt realize how cool they were otherwise i would have photographed them in the glass, there was also a crazy "spiderweb" style "thing" next to them, kicking myself for not photographing

they were not overlooked in a dry container.

it could be as long as a few weeks or as recent as a week

i really dont know for sure how it happened, the most likely scenario is there was a glass container which i had used and not washed or dried but would have almost certainly been empty but for a bit of liquid residue, placed the empty but wet glass in another room and forgot about it. it should have made it to the sink and been washed, but apparently life got in the way and showed me this beautiful gift🤪
i use a couple of glass containers for each pull then combine them into one and wash everything else ive used...except that day!

Yep, a lovely little treat!

Slow evaporation of about a tablespoon of post-freeze naphtha would yield 20mg or so.
so its slow non freezing evaporation which caused this?
its almost certainly as you said...post freeze naptha.... the other 99.99% made it to the freezer😂

If it's pre freeze, you 'd get the same from significantly less naphtha than 1tbsp, which would be rather easier to overlook.

What kind of container are we talkin about? This reminds me of my gold bar bubble tek :p
i pipette the naptha into this glass, then i pipette the naptha from this glass to the glass container that goes in the fridge then freezer.
instead of washing this glass i just left it in another room and forgot it was there.
what ever residue that was leftover in this glass created those crystals.
it cannot have been even a teaspoon i expect.
it didnt even look like anything while in the glass, i almost threw it all away, i decided to pick each crystal out and then i saw how cool they were

Yeah, it's annoying when you can't just plug your phone into the microscope! If it were a purely optical microscope you'd be able to obtain a phone mount quite easily and take pictures directly onto your phone.

If you've used a micro SD card (maybe with an adapter?) you might be able to stick it in your phone, assuming that the card formatting for the microscope will be compatible (which is, unfortunately, moderately unlikely) and that the image format is recognised by your phone (and the Nexus, for that matter).

i should be able to dig enough old hardware and memory sticks and readers out from the far corners of the house to get the job done, just not as efficiently as a 12 year old😂
finding them will be a fun game i just invented
