The difference between all dripping attys, not just rebuildables, and tanks is this.

A tank depends on a wick for the liquid/dmt to travel along to reach the coil before it can be vaporized. This will become more difficult for dmt to get there as the wick gets gunked up.

A dripping atomizer has the dmt/liquid dropped directly on the coil or coil/wick. Your hand does the transfer, the bottle is the tank. By using a drip atty you remove the issues with the wicks increasingly inefficient ability to supply the wick with good clean dmt/liquid.

Non rebuildable attys are going to be able to vaporize at the same approx efficiency as a tank as far as power/heat goes. The coils are the same size but is still better beings you drop directly onto the coil.

A rebuildable is even better because you design its resiatance, being able to go much lower than prebuilt ones, and the coil us slightly larger. In other words more surface area for dmt to be introduced to heat.

Depending on the atty you get (triple post or five post) you can have single coil, duel coil, triple coil, or quad coil. This will hold a decent amount of dmt if you want it to, for multiple doses in short time. Or you can build it so that you put one or two drops on for a, single dose.
 
Yes, and the higher wattage you use with the lower resistance equals hotter. So just like the gvg if you apply more heat you inhale faster and with more heat you get denser clouds.

Im considering purchasing a 50watt vw mod on fasttech. That site has the cheapest prices for everything we need. The one im looking at says its compatible with down to 0.2 ohms. Which would be a nice and hot coil. Rda's (rebuildable atty) have much better airflow than tanks as well. I cant imagine running that resistance on 50watts you would have any issues breaking through on one large inhale.
 
For some unknown reason the DMT I got from ACRB myself can't retain crystal form at room temperature and is still kinda waxy in the fridge, no matter how many mini A/B I've done. Thus it won't re-crystallize in e-juice and clog the wick like yours.

If it's above freezing point it can't even re-cyyst but precipitate as clear oil in naphtha. Perhaps it's the naphtha that causing the "problem." The good thing is that it suits e-cig fine so the problem becomes a benefit.

Setup was a sigelei 100watt box mod, mutation x atty, dual coil wrapped for 0.2 ohms, which made for 5.2 volts being ran at 100 watts.

I am going to write a separate report for the effects as I believe the mixture I have has oxidized. Will link to it from here once its done.

A friend of mine and I laid on my bed. He took his atty which was already slightly saturated with reg E-juice (no dmt) from us vaping this badboy device earlier and he put 4 drops (2 on each coil) of DMT mixture onto the wicks. This was a slight communication error as he thought thats what I figured we should try, and I was worried that anything over 1 drop could induce stronger effects than I wished to experience. If this DMT has oxidized then I am glad that it had, cause from what I understand oxidized DMT is weaker by weight to nn-dmt and my first hit would have produced MUCH TOO STRONG of effects if this is true.

With these setups you HAVE to lung hit it, the "drinking straw" method that I talked about earlier in this thread does not work with these very strong vapor producers. You have to pull very hard, it would be similar to adding WAY too much heat to the ceramic filter of your gvg. In other words you have to pull very fast like your life depended on it or you risk burning anything that is on the wicks, including the wicks themselves.

Right after I took my hit he took his. Mine came on very strong and I was at the waiting room and couldnt feel my body. Visuals were pretty much zero CEV's and OEV's were on par with 15mgish. To my understanding DMT oxide has greatly diminished effects and/or CEV's/OEV's. Anyways, after I came down a tiny bit (enough to walk) we went outside and talked and smoked. I was shaking and felt like I had just had a 30mg dose. Everything from a 30 without the visuals. It was INTENSE to say the least. His experience wasnt as strong, I think he took a smaller hit, but he agreed this works for sure.

We went back to my room and after a little debate he talked me into dosing again. Then he added 2 more drops (one to each coil) again I wasnt sure if that was a good idea hahaha. We then dosed 2 more times each and the wick went dry. The wick still seemed like it had DMT in there, so we saturated the now dry wick with some pure PG (no dmt or anything) and tried for one more each and it was depleted and we received no experience from those last hits.

We are going to make a fresh batch, as we both experienced lessened visuals each time. This device could probably be turned down but I am going to wait on hypothesis until after I have dosed with a fresh mixture of DMT/PG. So in conclusion:

THROW YOUR TANKS AWAY! Be Careful! This mixture is POTENT. rebuildable atty's are a must, low ohm coil wraps are a must, high wattage is a must. That is all. Whew!
 
Awesome. How was the taste/harshness of the vapor?
I haven't played with this in some time because it always felt and tasted much worse than vaporized from the machine or gvg.
 
It was no different than using this device with reg ejuice. When my friend showed up he pulled this thing out and i was instantly stoked and he explained a bunch of info on how it all works and i learned lots of things that i did not know.

So over the next several hours i was able to puff on that thing so i could get the hang of it and learn the best way to hit it. There is a very large difference between this setup and lower voltage/wattage setups and tanks, clearomizers, cartomizers ect. These things produce very large amounts of vapor and quickly.

I recommend everyone experiment without any dmt for awhile so they get the hang of it and are able to blow large clouds without coughing. This is key. With dmt it felt no different, tasted strong of dmt, and was not harsh at all like my previous trials with less adequate devices.

Lower wattage allows you to take slower pulls so i dont know yet, but believe with this resistance a lower watt setting would be adequate. More trials in the near future.
 
Sounds very promising! Last I attempted this was with a dripping atomizer much like yours and had reasonable success with it but nothing reality shattering. I had my mod cranked up all the way (only 15w) and concluded there just wasn't enough power to vaporize it all fast enough to get where I wanted.

Sounds like I need to give this another go:)
 
You can increase the power by building a low resistance coil, but from my experience now i feel confident that a much higher wattage then 15 is needed. My friend is giving me a dna 30 so i will soon know if 30 watts is strong enough. Although i think 50 and up will be desirable for what we all want it to do.

Also, very low resistance will be needed, at least less than one ohm, otherwise you arent achieving the correct voltage therefore lowering power. The successful trial was done with the box mod set at 100 watts.
 
I did get CEV (and sometimes OEV) from my thin DMT e-juice as little as two puffs, even back when I didn't master the "inhale it all in and blow no smoke" technique. I guess the tank system with thin juice works only for dmt-sensitive guys like me...

Btw, the aspire Atlantis is said to be comparable to RDA.
 
The mixture i have is the same one i made a year ago, and posted about in this very thread. In the beginning i was getting only low level experiences but they did consist of cev's. Overtime i have noticed this same mixture is creating less visual of an experience with every passing month.

That is the reason i feel that its possible that long term storage in pg has increased oxidation over just storing dry freebase. I also have dmt that is now almost 2 years old that has no diminished visuals.

The heaviest experience last night i was pretty much unable to close my eyes so i cannot determine if i would have had cevs or not. It was also many more times stronger than anything i have felt in previous trials with the ecig method.

I think i misrepresented the experience a little by saying the oevs were diminished. The ceiling was moving and some small writing on the wall was displaying strange symbols. The whole room was in Super high def and i was taken by surprise by the strength so much i didnt really know what was going on.

Was strange that my eyes felt wide open, usually my eyes try to close on their own. If your saying you sometimes had oevs then its not that you are sensitive to dmt, its that you had low level experiences. Heavier doses contain oevs everytime ime.
 
I should have said "sometimes OEV BEFORE I close my eyes." I have no doubt your ROA will lead to much stronger experiences.

Being sensitive to DMT or not is relative. So far two friends of mine can't see any visual at all with pure DMT vapor/E-cig/oral DMT fumarate with syrian rue tea.
 
Well im speaking strictly with this device here. If someone requires different amounts of dmt to achieve the same results as is common here then that needs to be outlined when talking about their results with ecig builds. I consider the effects for me to be normal.

Soon i will have a dna 30 with a tohb atty. I think i am going to build the coil to be around 0.4ohms. My friend brought up the idea of possibly wraping a coil like an upside down cone and place a piece of wick inside to hold the dmt/pg. I think that might work really well.

If this works out with this setup, the price to build this exact setup would be approx 50-60 bucks. Thats not bad at all.
 
So the plan for the next experiment in the near future is the following.

Going to build a single coil setup for somewhere between 1.5 ohms to 2 ohms with a small piece of cotton wick. I am going to make a single dose mixture with fresh dmt and pg. Will take a shot glass (or equivalent) and place dose inside. Using hat water bath i will dissolve the single dose of dmt into the smallest quantity of 100% pg possible. Will let this cool then apply it to the coil/wick.

With the mod set at 30 watts i am going to attempt to get the whole dose in one hit. A second person will then check the wick and determine if all of it has been consumed or not. Based on that assessment they will then either attempt to inhale the remaining contents or place straight pg in (if the wick is too dry for a single hit) and hit that. Once that has been completed we will probably do more tests then report our findings here.
