Though technically not ayahuasca, I was wondering if AWIY has any experience with Jurema wine. I've been able to find very little info on it, and most of it is quite contradictory. For instance, how much mimosa powder would be needed? How long would it need to sit in the water? Fridge or no fridge? Light or no light?

I brewed 50g in cold water and left it in my fridge for months to evaporate. My brother re-hydrated with OJ and drank, puked in less than 1 hr with no major effects.
 
SWIM had very interesting visionary experince with 30gms cold water infusion left to soak a week.
the gut does not feel good... but traditionally they drink A LOT when they do it... might be worth a shot... or four.
