We really need to acknowledge harmalas potent medicinal qualities

Can you clarify for everyone what your message is? You seem too attached emotionally to these ideas and want other people to believe you. Clearly they don’t believe it all.

I don’t really understand what the message is aside from you believe harmalas to be a wonder drug that can cure anything giving you nearly super human powers sort of like the hulk.

Incredible!

If you were in my place, and you were experiencing everything im describing, wouldnt you want everyone else to know? Its really simple

I don't care much about other people's results with specific medicines because everyone's relationship with the medicine is highly personal. But what I would like to see is a video of you doing ~10 clean reps for 2 sets of dumbbell chest press with 70kg in each arm, because that's damn impressive and very few people in the world can do it. If I see that, you'll have my public apology for ever doubting your physical feats.

Probly run a lot and win marathons, start competing in lifting so I can make some cash and quit landscaping.

What are you doing here trying to convince us? Get on it, champ!

Then i started going to the gym, i think about 2 months ago? 7 days a week, very rarely do i take a day off, and now after about 2 months, i lift 130-140 kgs on the lying chest press machine, and on the incline and the decline chest press machines and the chest fly machine the weight is almost maxed out now, im not sure whats the weight though, but i am (almost) at the highest they have.
@Nydex I said lying chest press machines, not dumbells, i clearly said i stopped using free weights as i injured myself years ago, if you wanna see me on the lying chest press machine doing 12 reps 70 kg on each arm, im more than glad to show you, you can hit me up on private

My bad, missed the machines part. Still pretty impressive though, shoot it my way in PM. Feel free to blur your face for privacy reasons of course.

You should ask yourself why most of your posts spark controversy even (if not especially) among people with a long history of use with harmal. If rue made you so enlightened, that should not be too difficult. Maybe you should change your approach if your goal is to share your experiences and convince people about harmal magic. If you take a close look at your posts history, you'll realize that your current approach frequently elicits rejection rather than buy-in. There are quite a few of us here who are convinced by - and advocates for - harmal, and we discuss it often. It is up to you to join this community of harmal enthusiasts - perhaps by starting to move away from a confrontational approach where you disregard the points other members raise.
Most of your posts are about having high doses, how anyone could handle them easily, how they are useful to you, and how people are wrong staying on the "normal" dose range, but the fact that frequent high doses are needed to get benefits from harmal isn't an opinion shared by a majority of users. It's just yours. Some would say less is more. Not to mention some members already told you seeds dosage is inaccurate and doesn't say anything about the alkaloids dose you really have.
To get back to the initial subject of the post : part of the things you're listing are well known, the others just relate to your own experience and shouldn't be presented as universal truth. Especially when considering you mix harmal with anything under the sun (but DMT, unfortunately), it would be quite difficult for the readers to distinguish harmal effects from other stuff you continuously mix with it, one day being the shrooms, the other the cannabis, and so on, each being medicines on their own.

So, today I took 24g 48g of rue seeds and was enlightened by the gods. The high council of angels agreed that I should be given a six-pack and the ability to do 100 muscle-ups from now on. I meditated on it all for 15 minutes, went into deep samadhi, and upon re-entering my body, decided to run a few laps around the city. As I was running, people on the streets were cheering me on, most likely recognizing my greatness and blinding inner light. I feel anyone could achieve the same given strong will and dedication. I plan to do 72g tomorrow to keep the momentum going. Rue is pure magic. True story 🤞

Once you let others know, it's best for you and them to let it go, not continue to try and convince. Look at this thread, people don't believe you. So what good is it spreading a message that people aren't believing? What utility is there? There isn't any. You're doing this for you at the end of the day, whether simply for connection, or validation and respect, at the end of the day it's about you, my friend. If people don't believe you, then move on. But to a certain degree, especially with the high doses you espouse, your information and perspective could be construed as dangerous.

One love

yes, if anyone did exactly what i did step by step, he would, why wouldnt he? Whats special about me? and i always replied to the "members" about the batches and dosing, i change the batch every month, wether i brew a tea, swallow the ground seeds, or chew the seeds, not much difference, i got used to higher amounts because of things i did, and those things can be done by any human, you dont have to be superman.

And i keep hearing some of you saying things on my tongue that i never said, when did i say it is "wrong" to stay in the normal dose range? If your actually willing to hear what i have to share you guys wouldnt always misinterpet my words.

yeah, my mind keeps fooling me that maybe this time they will "wake up", but nah, you right, those who got it got it and those who didnt probably never will.

Yeah, "could" by some people, but that "dangerous" perspective is what made me accomplish life, and i was pretty clear on that, up to you if you want to listen or not.

Check your DM, and when i say i dont lie, i mean it, i said before that i increase the load every single workout, and today i did just that, 150 kgs now 😁, 75 each arm.

I tried messaging you but its not working, so ama just drop the video here

Edit: oh and btw, i drank 7-8g rue tea about 3 hours before the video 😁

In my very limited experience both with exercising and harmala use, I find the 2 don't go well together. The first couple of months of going to the gym everything was fine. Then 1 night I took 50 mg harmala freebase, the next couple of days at the gym, whenever I was nearing my max capability lifting, I would get these intense electric pulses through the nerves of my arms. While it might not have been dangerous, it was unpleasant and a bit concerning. I think it's because harmalas increase neural sensitivity.

@OP you seem to have a very unique experience/interpretation of harmala use, so unique that in every post you make there are claims that everyone experienced with harmalas have a hard time believing. The main issue is that your approach is dangerous, so it's best if you highlight it in your posts, and that you emphasise that your experience is unique.

The reason why you think you're lifting 75kg is because that's how much weight you load on that machine, but realistically you're lifting way less because of the load mechanics and geometry of the machine itself. The closer the weight is to the pivot point, the less actual weight you're pushing up. Respectively, the closer it is to your arms, the more weight you're actually pushing. It's simple lever mechanics.

On top of this, it's quite clear that you've sacrificed proper form and movement control for the sake of lifting a big number. Far be it for me to tell you how to train - it's your body and you have the right to do to it whatever you want. But it might do you good to focus on proper technique and control with lower load so you can train your body to mechanistically perform these movements correctly, thus vastly reducing the chance for injury. A common way people tear their pectorals is precisely what you're doing in this video - jerking the weight back up in the most stretched portion of the movement under heavy load.

If you want to feel what 150kg really are, put them on a barbell and do a regular bench press, not this machine. You'll quickly realize harmalas might not be giving you as much strength as you thought. I'm not saying this to mock you or belittle your efforts - it's awesome that you're putting in the hard work in the gym and taking care of your body. I'm saying all of this because I hate seeing people injure themselves. No hard feelings.

Wouldn't the effective mass of the weights be less on such a device due to lever? Among other mechanical advantages to such a device..

holy satans balls dude lol the world is not that black and white. You keep hurting your own self here by reacting overly defensive. We can see you lift weights. I believe you that you can lift weights. What else do you want?

Whatever is going on, your personal reaction to harmalas is atypical. Accept it. If you have these benefits in your life then that’s better than having the opposite in your life. Go be athletic and enjoy it. It does not mean that every sick person out there can simply take lots of rue and heal from any disease.

I obv know🤦🏽‍♂️, i clearly said i use machines, not dumbells, i cant lift 150 kgs using dumbells, and i never said i did.

Thanks for the advice about the form, ill work on it 👍

You can't lift 150kg on this machine either. To me it seems like the loading point is halfway between the handles and pivot point. If this geometry is applied to the torque equation, you're actually lifting about half that weight, so 75kg total. But that's beyond the point, as we've established already.
