What is the K-Hole exactly?

How would you describe it?

I don't know if I have ever gotten there. I have aphantasia and basically never see anything on ketamine. I also use an eye mask and noise cancelling headphones so even on low doses I'm strongly disconnected from the outside world.

I have had a few experiences that might qualify but I don't really know because I can't seem to find a good description of what it is.
I have heard a lot of stories of people traveling OOB to other galaxies or back in time to talk to their deceased love ones, stuff like that. But idk if that's because they can visualize or it's a feature of the k-hole and I simply hadn't gotten there.

I typically do .8 to .9mg/lb bw insufflated. The closest I came to having an experience similar to what I described earlier is a day I had microdosed LSD a little more than usual and did .5mg/lb then immediately after coming out of it I did another .5mg/lb.
For the record, I don't recommend redosing like that, it can lead to compulsive usage patterns. I only redosed that one time because I asked someone irl the same question in this post and they couldn't answer very well other than to suggest that dosing pattern as a way to achieve a k-hole.

I just remember having this conceptual experience of melting into the dirt, being eaten by fungi, and regenerating through Mother into a Child in some archtypal rebirth cycle. I just had the impression of it though. No visual component in my imagination.

Maybe I've k-holed a few times, I just don't experience it the same way because my brain doesn't visualize the same way others do.

I reckon that qualifies as a K-hole. I don't think you'll find a specific, detailed description of what it is, because to me, it seems like the K-hole is a very personal and subjective experience. The way I "mark" when I've gotten there is usually after the fact, and based on me completely losing notion of my body and myself as a concept, and just existing, observing, and being.

That being said, I don't think I've ever had two K-holes that were the same. It's a very discombobulating and bizarre experience, but it can lead to profound healing. Don't kick yourself for not "seeing" stuff. I very rarely hallucinate on K as well, I think I've had an entity vision of the future only once.
