Not that it really matters but I suppose I am theist from what I gather here. So my question to all:

What if the universe as a whole in its infinite entirety is maybe just a piece of 'God's consciousness'?

I mean dmt trippers ought to know, that there seems to be more at play..why not be open to ALL possibilities..or rather, why flip it into nothing that seems empty, If the things you have seen are further than your imagination could have ever dreamt,..entity contact, even McKenna said after all this and straying from faith, was brought right back to the fact that he could not shake how it felt as if it were souls, but not that of seeing dead granny or pops but rather more of an ancient ancestry to extraterrestrials but assures us all that something IS going on here.

Now now now wait a minute to the ones that have faith,was it tested?(I'm sure to some extent), but think real hard about let's sayy the original sin? Adam eating the fruit of "knowledge", if true - this sounds real familiar...
I have yet to go to hyperspace BUT I do suspect that God is in everything including these manifested hallucinations that open doors. I know I sound like a Bible thumper and I promise, I am far from it. I am just trying to figure out that person's status after given truths -so to speak-were your core beliefs completely shattered or reinforced..language gets sloppy- but I feel the person with faith in A god over all that even made those entities(yours truly)vs the views of a hardcore Catholics or Christian etc.

I'll mention Bernardo Kastrup once again. His ideas made me make peace with Western tradition and science. Check out his "Why Materialism Is Baloney," and it may put some fuel in a rusty engine of Western thought. Further, DMT doesn't give answers, but creates more questions instead. We're not really arguing here but sharing our own working models that we created based on our experience. Who knows what we actually see in our minds? Most likely, all the models of reality have more in common than we think, and all the differences are on a linguistic level. The variety of views just shows how complex reality is. Although, if we use awareness or being as a reference point, it's all quite simple.

Perhaps not when it comes to what the color red looks like through another person's eyes, but we can at least say that the mathematical measurement of the red area of the light spectrum should be the same for everyone.

I don't know where that fits into the conversation, but it came to mind.

I love this side of Nexus too. I've been pondering these ideas and have come to the conclusion: you're free to believe whatever you want. As long as it helps you in life, and you don't hurt others because of it, anything goes. Just be open and know that nothing is written in stone. Being flexible about your view is a healthy approach to it.

I was tripping 3 tabs last night, watching universe vids on YouTube with my wifey & realized that God is simply identical with my 3yr old boy..as he spoke to me in a happy gibberish, he explained all the cosmos.

I took this thought and played with it quite a bit..I am thankful for these gifts, my family and this community. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
