Chemical disposal

How do you guys get rid of your chemicals after you have no use for them? How do you dispose of them in a proper way?

If you have a septic tank you're basically killing 2 birds with 1 stone when it comes to the lye. Otherwise just aim for the sewer. That's what they're there for.

With naphtha I figure there are 3 options: Save it Evaporate it Soak it in a paper towel and burn it somewhere safe

Save it and drop it off at a local recycling center, if you have one nearby. They will dispose of the Naptha/solvent so it does not harm the environment more than necessary.
