Depression, DMT "flashback" and what to learn from it

Everything is state of mind. Once you've opened the psychedelic doors, it's hard to close them. After you've taken a psychedelic, can have the realization that you don't need to take it to have the same experience. You can acquire enough will power to meditate to the level of tripping. It happens to me often to have a similar trip of 3g of mushrooms after a full day of meditation without any distractions like phone, music, etc. Any feelings you have is because your own mindset. Try to get some hobbies and find your life purpose. Once you wake up in the morning exited for what you're going to accomplish or do that day, you will shift your entire reality toward a higher vibration, aka. a better life. Oh, and also quit your drugs. Cannabis and MDMA don't help you. They're very hard to work with..unless you do them recreationally. If that's the case you're better off. Learn how to live a better sober life and get healthy. Get in the gym everyday. Start a journal. Learn to play an instrument. Experience life.

No right or wrong. Just something I thought to share.

I feel it's best to look at genetics through the lens of likelihood. They stipulate predisposition for some things, but not guarantees. In my experience, after getting my genetics tested, these predispositions can be accurate as I experience much of what I'm predisposed to genetically, but not always.

While I appreciate the positivity of this point of view, from personal experience, I think for some it's a bit more than just state of mind.
