DMT + San Pedro cactus, No MAO-I

Has anyone ever combined DMT with San Pedro cactus without an maoi. I read that there is some natural maoi action present in san pedro cactus, and was thinking of what would happen if a good dose of DMT was put into the mix? The cactus is outer green flesh only and is finely ground, ready to be put into capsules, so the DMT would just be loaded into one of the capsules along with it.

Any thoughts?
