Mullein

SWIM is trying to making Changa joints and heard mullein would be best to infuse with. Where can one buy Mullein? Can it possibly be bought at a local supermarket?

Where SWIM lives it isn't available in any store as far as SWIM knows, SWIM always order it from Ebay.
