if you take too much of any drug or alcohol you are going to have permanent brain damage
I mean, that kind of comes pre-packaged within the term "too much" in this context, so it's not really adding anything to the discussion - especially considering it's a blanket statement utterly lacking in nuance.
It would be more useful to consider how specific substances each have their own active dose, and each have a level where they start to become harmful. The ratio between these two values is known as the "therapeutic ratio" and for substances like DMT, LSD and psilocin the margin of physical safety is relatively enormous, especially for DMT as an endogenous substance. Alcohol, on the other hand, arguably displays toxicity even at its lowest active dose, giving it a therapeutrc ratio of less than 1. MDMA lies somewhere in between…
Of course, toxicity is not limited to neurological effects - and again, the aforementioned classical serotonergic psychedelics are relatively extremely safe in that respect - and alcohol is similarly terrible.
So the only physicadellics that stay in your spine is LSD. Tons of research and proof, read a book.
That is outright a lie you're repeating. Hilarious that you think you can tell
@The Traveler to read a book. If only you knew…
Now, the onus is very much on
you to provide the evidence for this decades-old CIA psyop
