Is chat broken? this past 10 days or so I've experienced a perpetually refreshing screen when I log into chat. restarting computer would fix it. also, I've heard others with same problem try different browser and would fix it for them (my standard is Brave), but in this past hour I've tried different browsers, and restarted computer couple times, and fired up laptop which I normally don't use, and it is having same problem regardless of browser. Anyone else having problems?
I'm also wondering if chat is down? It is constantly refreshing (rapidly) without actually fully loading the page . . . .
Server did get some updates and just had a refreshing sauna to top it off.
It's all working again.

For others if this happens: hit 'Strike the Lightning' to completely logout of any room, then refresh the page to get into all default rooms again.

I thought steam and electronics were incompatible - did you wheel the entire server into the sauna on an extension lead, or just build a sauna around it?
I think it's probably just running on a steam powered version of Babbage's Analytical Engine.
Just as long as we're not relying on a SteamDeck for all of this - I'm more than happy with having Ada Lovelace's efforts at the heart of things
Am I breaking chat? Again, I am only getting the perpetual refresh syndrome. Again, does not matter which browser I use, tried multiple computers and turned off and on again lol. The "it's fixed!" response is nice, but it would be appreciated if you have any advice of things to do (or not do) on my end. I have no sauna, but shower gets steamy if i let it go long enough.
Not sure why it got stuck for people trying to enter chat. It's reset and should work again.

If you don't see the Hyperspace chat room, try typing /join Hyperspace chat
For the first time, I tried nexus chat on my phone thinking for sure it would work. but no. It, too, has the perpetual refresh screen when I try to open chat. I will try rebooting my network... but this is crazy if it's only happening to me.
I'm having that refresh issue too, on PC. I deleted cookies to no avail.
