We really need to acknowledge harmalas potent medicinal qualities

You can't lift 150kg on this machine either. To me it seems like the loading point is halfway between the handles and pivot point. If this geometry is applied to the torque equation, you're actually lifting about half that weight, so 75kg total. But that's beyond the point, as we've established already.
Give me a month max, and ill lift those 150 kgs with perfect form, if not more than 150kg

Proper form doesn't come bundled with more strength. It comes from learning proper form, which, contrary to what you might be compelled to believe, doesn't come with consuming large amounts of rue :D

it is a powerful medicine that will heal your body from top to bottom (if used correctly ofc).
This claim should be edited by mods or OP, it is at the very beginning of the post.

Such medical claims are not allowed here imo, unless they are presented with solid evidence. In this case, extraordinary evidence would be needed.

all good brother, i removed it, no worries

25-30kg lateral raises, on each arm, so about 50-60kg, 12 reps 3 sets
Did you do these on a machine as well? Because I simply do not believe, based on what I saw you do on that chest press machine, that you can do 5 reps with proper form with 25kg dumbbells, let alone 36 reps total. Not being a hater, I just know what a proper lateral raise looks like, and I know how it feels with just 16kg dumbbells. Even the strongest lads in my gym don't do them with the 30s, and some of them are literally 6x your mass.

Nope, dumbells, dw, i wont forget to send you that video too

okay I'm gonna add on to the 'dogpile':

OP, I've noticed we're very similar. You tend to be manic and obsessive over things. Which is good, but requires a bit of tempering.
Do not think I'm above it all, I have done these things before. Find something new, talk a lot about it to other people. It's motivating and cute but nerve grating if you become unbalanced about it.

Do you think you have neurodiveregent tendencies? I'm not implying you're disabled or lesser. Neurotypical people can act this way, but not as common.
I'm saying this because I also feel I have it. I'm taking steps to formalize it, it's not pure self diagnosis.

Please don't take this as schoolyard bullying or a moral lecture. I have done these things before.

P.S. join the chat. I feel like you'd be good for it.

could you give me an example of where you might have felt like i was "unbalanced"? im curious, and is it my fault that its "nerve grating"?

Yeah, im obsessed with rue and the topics i talk about, im obsessed with things that most people have a very hard time believing in from how "miraculous" they are, dont you think its worth the obsession?

I personally dont subscribe to those terms, they dont mean anything to me, i know im different yeah, and i knew that years and years ago, thats it, im just different, no other terms needed.

Funny you say im manic, most of the people i know call me one of the calmest they ever met and introverted and rarely talk, i think its much more complicated than just putting labels on peoples way of thinking/acting.

I cant lie though some times i would have unusual amounts of energy, some might call it manic, but those who are close to me and know me wouldn't.

Speaking of manic, rue can easily induce mania, especially in high doses, and for sure when consumed frequently.

Daily insanely high doses cannot not take a toll on the health. The enlightened ;) ones know that health is about balance, not about getting loaded to the max with one specific energy.

BTW, sorry to be the one to cut it out for you, but constantly being on a psychedelic is also a solid way to dig yourself into illusions, in the worst case causing psychosis. Rue can make you feel so absolutely perfect inside while the outer and/or physical and/or social reality is very different.

I appreciate that this site treats rue as a plant with special status and we see a lot of different aficionados. But then again I also appreciate the sobriety.

all well and good sibling @harmala_afficianado

the whole thread is an example of being a bit too enthusiastic. You are not pushing it as a miracle cure. You don't want to be dismissive, and in all honesty you're not.
but you are listing out positive examples that may not apply to everyone. it may be a miracle cure or soma-like to you, but not everyone else. It's good to be grounded.

I will give an example for myself:
one time I visited a federal bank building. That building was so well made and bougee. I loved it.
I immediately shared it with my friends. I was talking about wanting to be a high level government official as a day dream fantasy. I was being a bit too enthusiastic and dramatic about it.
I didn't feel bad, cause I didn't say anything offensive. but I knew how annoying I was being in the moment and tempered myself.

I have a habit of being dramatic and over enthusiastic about things. I think it's one of my best traits, but It needs to be tempered. Think of it as a way to maintain that energy over time rather than bursting it

same here. I don't like pathologizing people too much. Forcing people into therapy speak or culture is annoying and grating in it's own right.
Just think of it as a tool you may use. At your own discretion

Funny you say im manic...
I have a similar profile. it's not harmful at all.

Okay that's it. I don't like moralising too much.

much love
