We really need to acknowledge harmalas potent medicinal qualities

Daily insanely high doses cannot not take a toll on the health. The enlightened ;) ones know that health is about balance, not about getting loaded to the max with one specific energy.
I dont take those insane high doses daily, i did it as an experiment months ago for a certain period, then went back down to 4-5gs ever since, i take those high amounts maybe once or twice a week, sometimes once every 2-3 weeks.

BTW, sorry to be the one to cut it out for you, but constantly being on a psychedelic is also a solid way to dig yourself into illusions, in the worst case causing psychosis. Rue can make you feel so absolutely perfect inside while the outer and/or physical and/or social reality is very different.
I think alot of people on this site use/used DMT daily for a certain period, i dont think daily rue can be anywhere near as risky as doing DMT everyday.

Also, the problem is never having illusions, the problem is acting incorrectly based on an illusion that hasnt become true yet, but if you convince yourself long enough that its true, it will become true sooner or later if you stay 100% convinced, thats how people become billionaires.

Also i dont agree rue can easily cause mania, it might cause something about having too much energy, but its nothing like the classic mania you see on other people, rue makes you so calm and centered its in no way "easy" to become manic.

all well and good sibling @harmala_afficianado

the whole thread is an example of being a bit too enthusiastic. You are not pushing it as a miracle cure. You don't want to be dismissive, and in all honesty you're not.
but you are listing out positive examples that may not apply to everyone. it may be a miracle cure or soma-like to you, but not everyone else. It's good to be grounded.

I will give an example for myself:
one time I visited a federal bank building. That building was so well made and bougee. I loved it.
I immediately shared it with my friends. I was talking about wanting to be a high level government official as a day dream fantasy. I was being a bit too enthusiastic and dramatic about it.
I didn't feel bad, cause I didn't say anything offensive. but I knew how annoying I was being in the moment and tempered myself.

I have a habit of being dramatic and over enthusiastic about things. I think it's one of my best traits, but It needs to be tempered. Think of it as a way to maintain that energy over time rather than bursting it

same here. I don't like pathologizing people too much. Forcing people into therapy speak or culture is annoying and grating in it's own right.
Just think of it as a tool you may use. At your own discretion

I have a similar profile. it's not harmful at all.

Okay that's it. I don't like moralising too much.

much love
I get your point, but i dont see where is the problem.

I obv know my positive examples will not apply to everyone here, but anyone who is willing to listen and understand DOES have the ability to do so, but its his choice at the end, im just delivering a message very few mentioned before on this site.

this is not a backhanded compliment.
you're one of the more active posters on here, and you have a lot to share. It's good. You might enjoy the chat that way

Also I'm living vicariously through you 😈. I wanna join chat after I fix a few things.

also what @bezevo said
I didnt know there was a live chat, sure tho, why not, ill try and join the next one, lmk when.

It’s true the power of the mind is strong. So is the power of thieving a$;holes. Never underestimate the power of thieves.

Convincing yourself that you are the benchpress king while at the same time having a wrong technique does not eventually make you the benchpress king. İt causes serious injury. Reality is not so simplistic or black and white as another one said. İf your approach is to befriend illusions, then you certainly are not someone to take advice from. The existence of billionaires is one reason for (and symptom of, at the other side of the medallion) the current world being so messed up, btw. The only way to become one is being a deeply narcissistic and psychopathic thief, and a system that makes it legal.

I can see you are young and excited with all that you are experiencing, thinking you got a lot of deep secrets to life. Check back a few decades later and see how your views have changed. And not just your views, but your eagerness to prove you know stuff.

I don't have further capacity to engage. I wish the best for you.

My approach is reminding people that nothing is impossible

True, but that wasn't my point

We all have our own secrets to life, im just sharing mine

someone told me the same thing when i first started with rue 1-2 months in, he told we will see what happens in a month and that he thinks im having a manic episode and i will eventually crash, and guess what, it only got better and better, and it still is, maybe my views will change decades later.

And my eagerness to prove i know stuff, it depends, in some cases i will have that eagerness, and in some cases no, just like i am now.

I wish the best for you.
You too my friend.

Another interesting thing id like to mention for those who actually want to know how to allign yourself with these high dose harmala states, im sure most of you know the time speeding effect rue has, where everything seems to be going very fast, and overwhelmingly fast at very heavy amounts, when i take long break and go back to taking 8-12 grams (12 specifically) i find that if i dont try my best to "allign" with the time speeding effect, i find myself dizzy and barely able to move, i think thats the secret, if i try to allign with the time speeding effect as if its not that fast, i instantly get a burst of intense energy that alligns me with it, for example i would play music and the music would be soo fast, but i would "act" like this is normal, and i would find myself able to catch every single beat and dancing to every single beat even though the music is incredibly fast, and when i perfectly allign myself with the time speeding effect my body literally becomes as fast as everything else, and thats where you can get the powers that rue offers (imo), i (obv) have no idea how that works, but it pretty much just feels like rue is requiring something from you, to awaken the power you have inside you, and you will allign yourself with how fast the world is going.

Im sure its very hard if your not used to rue, but thats how it works in my eyes, if you can do that, you will not get the dizzy feeling and the nausea, ime.

Source: im on 12 grams right now, thanks to ya'll 😂🧘🏽‍♂️

So the sickness of harmalas you feel, is(for you) like some sort of nausea caused by being out of phase with time? But once you come into phase with the speed of reality then you can run long distances and do the power lifting? The phase shift accomplishes “lift off”?

Yep, exactly

Even at the beggining when i first started taking rue, nausea and dizziness were always correlated with the time being too fast, never in my whole life did i get nausea or dizziness if the world wasnt too fast for me.

@harmala_afficianado you and I are opposites, in some ways, as I’ll do a light workout and feel sore for a week. While I’m personally interested in building strength, not even the most elite level of weight lifting truly impresses me. However, what does impress me is people skateboarding at an advanced level. With that said, I would genuinely love to see someone (maybe you?) get increasingly good at skateboarding while taking copious amounts of rue. I think it’s time for someone to raise the bar (no pun intended) and do a kickflip (on zero sleep) down a 12-stair set after taking 12g of rue… now that would be impressive!

Better at least nollie in. A basic flip trick down 12 is fairly 2002.
