I dont take those insane high doses daily, i did it as an experiment months ago for a certain period, then went back down to 4-5gs ever since, i take those high amounts maybe once or twice a week, sometimes once every 2-3 weeks.Daily insanely high doses cannot not take a toll on the health. The enlightened ;) ones know that health is about balance, not about getting loaded to the max with one specific energy.
I think alot of people on this site use/used DMT daily for a certain period, i dont think daily rue can be anywhere near as risky as doing DMT everyday.BTW, sorry to be the one to cut it out for you, but constantly being on a psychedelic is also a solid way to dig yourself into illusions, in the worst case causing psychosis. Rue can make you feel so absolutely perfect inside while the outer and/or physical and/or social reality is very different.
I get your point, but i dont see where is the problem.all well and good sibling @harmala_afficianado
the whole thread is an example of being a bit too enthusiastic. You are not pushing it as a miracle cure. You don't want to be dismissive, and in all honesty you're not.
but you are listing out positive examples that may not apply to everyone. it may be a miracle cure or soma-like to you, but not everyone else. It's good to be grounded.
I will give an example for myself:
one time I visited a federal bank building. That building was so well made and bougee. I loved it.
I immediately shared it with my friends. I was talking about wanting to be a high level government official as a day dream fantasy. I was being a bit too enthusiastic and dramatic about it.
I didn't feel bad, cause I didn't say anything offensive. but I knew how annoying I was being in the moment and tempered myself.
I have a habit of being dramatic and over enthusiastic about things. I think it's one of my best traits, but It needs to be tempered. Think of it as a way to maintain that energy over time rather than bursting it
same here. I don't like pathologizing people too much. Forcing people into therapy speak or culture is annoying and grating in it's own right.
Just think of it as a tool you may use. At your own discretion
I have a similar profile. it's not harmful at all.
Okay that's it. I don't like moralising too much.
much love
I didnt know there was a live chat, sure tho, why not, ill try and join the next one, lmk when.this is not a backhanded compliment.

also what @bezevo said
It’s true the power of the mind is strong. So is the power of thieving a$;holes. Never underestimate the power of thieves. Also, the problem is never having illusions, the problem is acting incorrectly based on an illusion that hasnt become true yet, but if you convince yourself long enough that its true, it will become true sooner or later if you stay 100% convinced, thats how people become billionaires.
Again words being put in my mouth? When did i say im the "bench press" king?Convincing yourself that you are the benchpress king
My approach is reminding people that nothing is impossibleİf your approach is to befriend illusions, then you certainly are not someone to take advice from.
True, but that wasn't my pointthe current world being so messed up, btw. The only way to become one is being a deeply narcissistic and psychopathic thief, and a system that makes it legal.
We all have our own secrets to life, im just sharing mineI can see you are young and excited with all that you are experiencing, thinking you got a lot of deep secrets to life.
someone told me the same thing when i first started with rue 1-2 months in, he told we will see what happens in a month and that he thinks im having a manic episode and i will eventually crash, and guess what, it only got better and better, and it still is, maybe my views will change decades later.Check back a few decades later and see how your views have changed. And not just your views, but your eagerness to prove you know stuff.
You too my friend.I wish the best for you.

Yep, exactlySo the sickness of harmalas you feel, is(for you) like some sort of nausea caused by being out of phase with time? But once you come into phase with the speed of reality then you can run long distances and do the power lifting? The phase shift accomplishes “lift off”?
Pay close attention!song for this occasion:

@jamie now is your time to shine! The harmalolympics has a slot for you yet!@harmala_afficianado you and I are opposites, in some ways, as I’ll do a light workout and feel sore for a week. While I’m personally interested in building strength, not even the most elite level of weight lifting truly impresses me. However, what does impress me is people skateboarding at an advanced level. With that said, I would genuinely love to see someone (maybe you?) get increasingly good at skateboarding while taking copious amounts of rue. I think it’s time for someone to raise the bar (no pun intended) and do a kickflip (on zero sleep) down a 12-stair set after taking 12g of rue… now that would be impressive!
. let's keep this 'meanness' to the chatBetter at least nollie in. A basic flip trick down 12 is fairly 2002.@harmala_afficianado you and I are opposites, in some ways, as I’ll do a light workout and feel sore for a week.
