Hey guys, ive been taking harmalas daily for almost 6 months now as it has been treating me very well (more than i could have ever imagined) and ive been experimenting with alot of combinations, and i have found that harmalas love to work with other plants/herbs etc, and i havent heard of any reports about these combinations and i have found they are way too good to just leave behind, so here is my experience:

Lions mane: i have never tried lions mane before taking rue, i read alot about the benefits of these mushrooms, and ive also read about a few people describing mild psychedelic effects from it ( sometimes more than mild ) but i didnt expect anything and just bought it to boost the brain benefits i get from harmalas, and wow, it was one of the best decisions ive ever made, first time i took it i remember feeling that butterfly stomach feeling from psilocybin, and my friends were telling me i seem happier than normal even tho i didnt notice, i tried higher doses and it sends the harmalas deeeeeep, it made me feel like sooo strong (spiritually) like i literally felt i hacked reality, i was seeing through everything, my third eye was blasted open, but harmalas have that blissful calming effect which helped grounding me from any potential "mania" because it made my brain extremely active, i even remember one time i had a nightmare ( one that i used to have all my life since i was a kid ) where demons would toy with me and cause intense fear, this time i was literally laughing and mocking the demon and telling him telepathically "you aint getting the slightest fear from me b****", this combo is serious bussiness, anyone who takes harmalas frequently should 100% give it a try.

Also, i got fresh lions mane, not extract, id suggest that.

Saffron: i had some past experience with saffron, and it is def psychoactive on its own, and at higher doses it would make me feel quite euphoric, i have found it to significantly boost the rue, well, most aspects, it kinda shifts the vibe from "introspective" to "fun happy vibe" but at the same time it boosts the rue visuals alot, open eyed and closed eyed, altho if i take a stronger amount (20-30 threads) it seems to shift from "happy" to "deep harmala trippiness".

Really amazing combo, been taking it near daily for weeks now, and theres in little to no tolerance build up from the saffron.

Cloves: im sure very few of you know alot about cloves, ive read alot about people getting high from it, but never payed much attention, recently tho, i had some cloves in my kitchen and thought id give it a try, and wow oh wow, it seems to almost entirely just boost the rue rather than synergise, i took 5 cloves few hours before rue and when the rue kicked in, i was fully couch locked in that psychedelic harmala dreaminess i used to have when i first started the rue, with a slight additive dissociative effect, can barely move, strong cevs, deep introspection, extremely vivid "loud" tracers, loud ear buzzing, im pretty sure there is a mechanism where it potentiates the rue itself and/or lower tolerance to it, i wasnt synergy as much as potentiation, also the music enhancement was orgasmic, highly recommend.

Nutmeg: now i know what your thinking, nutmeg is toxic blah blah, im not talking about the stupid doses people take, im talking only 1 nutmeg seed max (which is a very safe, even mildy beneficial dose, assuming the seed is no more than 3-4gs ) it combineds beautifully with the rue, its very similar to cannabis+harmalas, expect id argue its even more euphoric, especially the music enhancment, the body high feels slightly similar to mdma, and the euphoria can be very intense, highly recommend.

Honorable mention: cacao, its a mild combo, nothing like the ones i mentioned, but it adds a really nice tough to the rue, very nice👍

Other combos on my list im looking try soon:

Coleus: people describe it as salvias cousin, with theories saying it has salvia like compounds in it, the plant is very poorly researched tho, but ive read trip reports on erowid about it and it seems very interesting

Blue lotus: tried it before but never with rue, heard a few people say it synergises really well with harmalas, looking forward to trying it.

Morning glory seeds: never tried lsa before, but ive heard some people deeply phrasing lsa+harmalas, saying the euphoria from this combo is unmatched, looking forward to it.

Sorry if my english was abit hard to read, im not a native speaker🫶

Much love❤️❤️
