Hello!

I am from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm an extremely open minded, stoic guy, dark sense of humor. mid 30's.

DMT is REALLY hard to find here, will probably need to extract myself using Mimosa H.
Never done it before but recently been very driven to experience it, a feeling that came out of nowhere, from the everywhere, I assume.
Shrooms are great, but it only helped realize, long ago, that an inescapable perspective awaits.

Happy to share experiences.

Wecome to the Nexus! Your in the right place for all things DMT related ; always best IMO to learn to extract your own, that way with the dodgy markets you know the quality of your end product!

Enjoy extracting your own medicine !

You'll find that there are active acacia species in southern Africa if you look hard enough. I'd urge you to start growing your own candidate specimens already rather than putting pressure on wild populations, however.

My first DMT trip was with material from a South African acacia, if the facilitator was to be believed.

Another promising route, if you're pushed for cultivation space, is phalaris grasses - you can grow them dose by dose in a large bucket.

Given enough space and time, you could potentially even grow your own M. hostilis, since your local climate seems to me to be broadly suitable for that species.

And then there's cactus cultivation… although that won't furnish you with DMT, it's a nice hobby with the promise of sacred plant brews somewhere along the line.

Amazing support guys, appreciated!

I will purchase some Mimosa to start but hunt for some grass, it seems to be considered a weed here. Known to have neurotoxins though?
Growing is not extremely available to me.
Google tells me about Acacia longifolia but at 0.2% content, I feel like one needs to be greedy so...

Delosperma Cooperi is readily available, its winter by us now so apparently the NN content will be higher but extraction is a nightmare it seems.

Good call on the delosperma - I get the impression one has to get lucky with that. I can attach a list of other promising succulents if you like. Do mesmebrine-containing plants hold any interest for you?

Another 'maybe' is the bundleflower family - Desmanthus illinoensis and D. leptolobus, although they're accustomed to much colder winters.

Do you have access to a greenhouse or a conservatory? You'd be in a good position to try growing chacruna (Psychotria viridis) and perhaps even the ayahuasca vine Banisteriopsis caapi with that.
