Yes, powder them in a coffee grinder as much as possible. Filter your tea with cheesecloth or a similar material. Don't get too stuck on the filtering. All the nausea is not from the plant matter, but from the harmala alkaloids. So your dose is a stronger factor herecrush them in coffee grinder and filter with cloth

when i use mimosa the experience usually is 4.5 hours or so, sometimes it can last 6-7 hours if i ate something before i dosed. The effects of DMT will probably start to come down much before 3-4 hours if using DMT and not mimosa.
Yes, because Mimosa lasts longer than pure DMT on its own. And I recommend redosing during the first comedown, not waiting until it fully comes down.when i use mimosa the experience usually is 4.5 hours or so, sometimes it can last 6-7 hours if i ate something before i dosed.
thank you brother i will try it , what about redosing , because , the redosing didnt works after 2hours , i should take another dose of syrian rue , because its very vary intense on the body more then traditional ayauhasca thank youSounds like not enough MAO inhibition, actually. For me, 4g of rue is the dose where I get the most out of DMT before the experience becomes difficult bodywise (disorientation, nausea, being floored, hehe). You can try extracting harmalas, and it'll be easier to find a consistent dose for yourself. Otherwise, just experiment with your rue tea until you find the sweet spot for yourself. Trying rue on its own is a must, imo. You'll know its effect and timing better. You can dissolve your dose of DMT in a shot of an acidic beverage like orange juice or cola, too. Basically, experiment a bit and see what fits.
Best of luck![]()
