People think rue is just a hallucinogenic antidepressant plant that boosts other psychedelics, but thats not the case at all, it is a powerful medicine that will heal your body from top to bottom (if used correctly ofc).

Here are the most significant health benefits i've experienced while taking rue daily:

1. Very powerful increase in strength and endurance: i was always someone who exercises on the regular, but rue really took it to the next level, i lift 7 days a week, and increase my lifting load every single time, i seem to recover very quickly no matter how hard i push my body, i have gained alott of muscle in a very short time

2. Cardiovascular health: even though i was always lifting weights, i rarely did cardio or ran alot, but since i found rue to give me alot of energy and power, i started running, and the more i run the more i love it, i started running maybe like a month ago? Now i have reached 8mph nonstop for 20-30 mins everyday, and it feels as easy as walking, and btw, im someone who smokes cigars all day like a chimney ( and i inhale the smoke fully)

3. Stomach health: my diet is usually very clean, but some days i would eat alot of fried foods that would usually make me feel very tired and bloated, but on rue its like my stomach doesnt feel the food, it gets digested very smoothly no matter how much i eat.

4. Immunity: i started taking rue almost every single day a year ago, and (thank god) i didnt get sick once, even though there were days my family members would get sick, but i wouldn't.

5. Almost complete healing from adhd memory and focus problems: since i was a little kid, i had severe adhd and i would always forget alot of stuff almost no one would forget, and people would always comment on it, not anymore though, my memory and focus now is alot sharper than most people who used to comment on my memory issues, lol.

6. Being able to function extremely well on 0 sleep: even on nights were i would get 0 hours of sleep, taking rue will make the day feel pretty much normal, no fatigue or mental slugginesh, the only downside is rewards feel slightly blunted though, but thats about it.

7. Complete loss of cravings for sugar and artificial carbs: whenever i crave something sweet, its always either dates or grapes or bananas, i completely stopped liking artifical sugar.

8. Burning fat while simultaneously building muscle: yep, my weight has been the exact same for a long time even though im burning fat like crazy.

Those are mostly the physical benefits, im sure most people here know about the mental and spiritual benefits of this divine plant, if i would list them id be typing all day lol.

imo, the healing qualities of the rue only shine when you listen to the plant and submit to it fully, if you do so, all the side effects like nausea drowsiness etc will disappear and will turn into something else that will completely shock you, thats what i personally believe, as it has been my personal experience.

If your intention is right and you do your research, i think you can heal pretty much anything wrong with your body using rue.

Also, when you get completely used to the effects of a certain dose, upping the dose increases the benefits more and more, it seems that there is no ceiling to it (up to 12 grams ime)

Peace and blessings to ya'll

I'll focus on an area I know well.

You say you're increasing your load every day, seven days a week, increasing load every single time.

First of all, what are you calling "load"? Is it volume, weight, both?

Second, for how long have been you doing this? Think of a lift you've been doing since then. How much did you increase your load for it on average during the last week? What was your load approximately when you got started with harmalas?

Thank you.

I increase my daily load by a picogram each time. This could go on for a long time.

But, in seriousness, I will say that a recent brain fog that developed from an ongoing dental-related inflammation has been abolished along with much of the inflammation - and this from just four days of moderate rue brews - to the extent that it feels like active brain repair has occurred. Sleep disturbance does also seem less detrimental when using 'proper' doses of rue in comparison with poor sleep hygiene and either no rue or micro-/'milli'doses.

I can't necessarily make any valid extrapolation for how this might pan out for anyone else who might think to try it, however. Those who achieve immortality tend to keep quiet about it ;)

Oh, and I did zap the beginnings of a cold with the help of a rue brew the other night, so there is that.

Mostly weight, sometimes volume, either way, i always make sure i stressed the muscle more than the previous workout.

When i first started with rue, i was on a break from exercising for about a year, first few months before getting used the rue i was mostly just stoned all day tripping, i started exercising again maybe about 3-4 months in after the side effects completely faded, at first i started working out at home, with a pull up bar and dips and pushups and 10 kg dumbells, at first i think i was doing max about 45 wide grip pull ups split into 3 sets (15 each) and 90-100 dips split into 3 sets (about 30-40 each) and about 90 bicep curls with the 10kg dumbells (about 30 each).

About a month or two later, i was doing 100 pull ups (30-40 each set) about 200 dips (60-70 each set) and i started doing chin ups with the dumbells because the 10 kg dumbells became way too light.

Then i started going to the gym, i think about 2 months ago? 7 days a week, very rarely do i take a day off, and now after about 2 months, i lift 130-140 kgs on the lying chest press machine, and on the incline and the decline chest press machines and the chest fly machine the weight is almost maxed out now, im not sure whats the weight though, but i am (almost) at the highest they have.

25-30kg lateral raises, on each arm, so about 50-60kg, 12 reps 3 sets, and i didnt work my shoulder at home at all until i went back to the gym, shoulder press machine 130 kg, 8-10 sets 3 reps, rear delt fly (back shoulders) im almost at the max weight they have now, 8-12 reps 3 sets.

I started doing muscle ups too, 6-7 muscle ups followed by about 15 pull ups, i never did muscle ups before rue.

Years ago i injured myself with dumbells (i always get excited and like to challenge myself with heavy weights) so since then i switched to machines to be safer, im thinking about going back to dumbells again though, carefully this time.

A lot of information, so let's make it more focused so I can understand. How much did you increase your chest press weight and volume this last week? What about this last month?
the last month, i think i was doing about 100-110kg, (50-55 each arm) for 8-12 reps 3 sets, now last time 2 days ago i did 140kgs (70 each arm) for 2 sets (8-12 reps) and the 3rd set i went down to 130 kgs, 8-12 reps
