Questions regarding frequency of DMT use

How many times have you done it?
And how often do you do it?

I’ve read several articles in my research on DMT, and it says a lot of people only do it once or twice, and that’s it. It’s so profound and bizarre. That’s all they do. So I was just curious.

From what I read, it’s special, and probably you only do it a few times. Not like weed, where some people smoke it every day.

Since meeting with DreaMTime for the 1st time back in 2020 or so. It's been probably 6 Sessions. In each session id usually use ~1g over the course of a few daze. But there've been days when I blasted off 10+ times. All in all I'd say I've done it 50-100 times. Still fascinated

Because rue starts to work right in your mouth and prepares your body for what is to come. There are as many approaches as there are people.
Modern folk are too into comfort, but I was brought up in a very different environment. Running around and tasting plants (like chewing on wormwood) was normal for me as a kid. I'd rather experience extreme discomfort during my session than in daily life. I hope that answers your question to a degree. I may have some masochistic tendencies too

Recently, I started to rinse my mouth with rue tea before swallowing it. Demons try to get out right at that stage. I think my facial expressions scare them

Likewise, the mere sight of powdered SP cactus sends the demons flying from my body, to return to whence they came

A major concern of mine since extracting my own deems is how much is too much and how often is too often. I have wanted to engage with the spice more, but think, "am I abusing it?" "Am I disrespecting it?" "Am I deserving?" "Will I be able to handle it?" I am a worry wort, but these questions have influenced my trepidation about doing more.

Over the past year I have been doing it more and here's what I've learned.

1. Be honest with yourself: Analyze what your intentions are and scrutinize them. Am I deceiving myself? Is my use irresponsible? Also assess any concerns...

I was wondering how dmt works with no tolerance build up, how does it feel after few months or years of taking dmt daily? Do the trips feel duller? Brighter? More serious? How does your baseline feel when you haven't used it in 24+ hours? Im really curious as i have never tried dmt but only mushrooms, and i cant really put my hands on how would it feel being in the mushroom state every day, hence why taking it the second day would be alot weaker.

@Kuroth To answer your question: I tend to meet "entities," so I blast off maybe 2x a month – or whenever I need to hit the "rest button" in my brain.

While u-toobers may make it seem really cool, "entity" contact is like meeting an extraterrestrial: who can you tell, and who will believe you? I find it to be a bit destabilizing.
