Questions regarding frequency of DMT use

How many times have you done it?
And how often do you do it?

I’ve read several articles in my research on DMT, and it says a lot of people only do it once or twice, and that’s it. It’s so profound and bizarre. That’s all they do. So I was just curious.

From what I read, it’s special, and probably you only do it a few times. Not like weed, where some people smoke it every day.

Thanks for your input.
Since meeting with DreaMTime for the 1st time back in 2020 or so. It's been probably 6 Sessions. In each session id usually use ~1g over the course of a few daze. But there've been days when I blasted off 10+ times. All in all I'd say I've done it 50-100 times. Still fascinated

So are y'all just masochists then?
Or why do you not just take straight harmalas?
Because rue starts to work right in your mouth and prepares your body for what is to come. There are as many approaches as there are people.
Modern folk are too into comfort, but I was brought up in a very different environment. Running around and tasting plants (like chewing on wormwood) was normal for me as a kid. I'd rather experience extreme discomfort during my session than in daily life. I hope that answers your question to a degree. I may have some masochistic tendencies too

Recently, I started to rinse my mouth with rue tea before swallowing it. Demons try to get out right at that stage. I think my facial expressions scare them 🤔

Likewise, the mere sight of powdered SP cactus sends the demons flying from my body, to return to whence they came 🌵

I am very tired, but wanted to provide something for you. These threads have a lot of information related to your question.

One love

@Kuroth To answer your question: I tend to meet "entities," so I blast off maybe 2x a month – or whenever I need to hit the "rest button" in my brain.

While u-toobers may make it seem really cool, "entity" contact is like meeting an extraterrestrial: who can you tell, and who will believe you? I find it to be a bit destabilizing.

I was just going to add a like , but theses 4 lines lines say what I been trying to say since I been here .👌
But I'm still pondering on destabilizing ?

"Destabilizing" as in <<I've seen stuff that no one else around me has>> which for me, can create distance in my day-to-day relationships – an issue I've had since my early days of weed use. I see now that may not have been the best choice of words, since it could imply insanity: this couldn't be further from the truth. My last sojourn into relms unknown was so absolutely wonderful and amazing that I have yet to have the urge to go back. I'm still basking in the afterglow!

I just started experimenting recently but I’m finding myself doing it once a week. But I’m not taking breakthrough type doses (yet). I don’t see myself wanting to do it more often. I have a family and job and all that goes with that so my free time is also limited.

I tried smoking some Harmala freebase along with it on Friday and I was pretty floored at the difference. I got way more out of it for a lot longer time and remembered more of it. Seems to be more in line with what I’m looking to achieve. Depth is a good adjective I’ve heard others use to describe its effect

No the word is sound , it can be destabilizing , I struggled in the first year or two , unable to communicate it with others around me was difficult.
on one journey an entity or the Realm itself was aware I was struggling with the information,
and very clearly reasured me that what I experience here , isn't for human kind but between you and us .
And I understood us as consciousness itself . That realization was what I needed to know .

the secret that can't be told
