Yeah, I checked both your links. There is no reference to this compound being bioassayed or having been demonstrated to form by mushroom enzymes fed with 5meo.

Your second link said about DET turning to 4-ho-det, not 5-meo turning to 4,5-HO-meO-dmt.

Don't waste your spice on mushroom substrates. I remember reading a study where they tried various additives to mushroom substrates, such as tryptamine, tryptophan and DMT and only tryptamine proved effective in actually increasing the potency of the resulting fruitbodies.

PerPLexED will throw this into his large to-do list of "is it possible" rather than "is it practical". Too much trouble to do that as opposed to just getting each seperate substance, and consuming them all together. A super shroom is rather intriguing, maybe drying shrooms and rehydrating with a highly concentrated ayahuasca brew?
