You bet I Do. I am currently doing all I can to be better without any medication. No fried food, no junk food, no heavy lifting, no stimulants. And yes, I haven't had DMT in weeks.

I hope you already know that for MANY (probably almost ALL) heart problems, you can get significant help by some substantial supplement use of CoQ10 and acetyl-L-carnitine. Ideal dosages would be (at least) 200mg or CoQ10 and 3-5g of acetyl-L-carnitine per day (but you can--I have--gone more than 3X those amounts). Taking those doses can GREATLY improve the way you feel and the way your heart functions.
Again, I'm really sorry to hear about your problem...but for me there's some solace in it: I have less fear of trying DMT. My problems aren't "clinical," they're just aging problems (I'm 56). I'm out of shape, have a tendency toward high BP and pulse rate (but it goes down when I eat right a get some moderate exercise--both of which I will be doing RELIGIOUSLY for at least a week before my first trips). I also tend to get out of breath more easily than I'd like while mowing the lawn and stuff like that.
I did COMPLETELY give up caffeine about two years ago--and I can tell I'm much better off without it.

I think alot of it has to do with the fact that I was overtraining myself in my early teens. I was lifting as heavy things at the age of 15, as some of the guys in their twenties. On top of that, I didn't even know that I had BP in the 160s' until my head began throbbing all the time. According to some tests, it might actually be my thyroid that's making everything else go screwy. :?:

IN FACT, often people can have a problem they would never have imagined, that's EASILY TREATABLE--and instead they suffer with it from the reasons above. Certainly, a few simple tests from a cardiologist (ultrasound, EKG, and a stress test, for example) are probably guaranteed to get to the bottom of what's going on.
You owe it to yourself to see whatever specialists are necessary to get a handle on what's going on...

I not done H and dont intend to so my worst experiences dont seem as rough some here. One I dont wish to repeat involves LSD mixed with some base speed and ending up completely alone in strange apartment on my own....I dont want to even think about it :shock:

To be honest, SWIM's never had a bad experience (yet). He's in his late teens... so much less experience than most of you... and the stupidest thing he's done to date had no reprocussions at all. He drove 'buzzed' (2 beers) home after a friends birthday party with a quarter oz of sweet sweet jane in the car, as well as countless paraphernalia in the trunk. Got pulled over for license plate lights being out (note - they were not out) and hassled for about 30 minutes outside of his car about how he just had to be drunk or high, cause it was a Friday night. They were pretty much correct, but he held it down, turned down a vehicle search, and went on his merry way (after showing the 5-0 that his lights, in fact, were ON... :roll

It was foolish. SWIM was underage (17), driving after drinking, with dank in the car. He got lucky. On the other hand, he also got profiled on the stop for being a teenage male out at midnight and was hassled unnecessarily, all for a complete bullshit stop in the first place. Followed the letter of the law to a T [from what the police officers observed], complied, all while being very polite, yet still treated like shit. That is how it goes, I suppose.
He's damn careful with what he puts into his body, so no real mishaps with drugs over here.

respect to that dude... I have know friends who have had similiar situations that have gone the other way... understanding the best way to deal with and react to cops once the shit hits the fan is a fine skill to have!
I personally have had quite a few 'bad psychedelic experiences' however I really dont want to share them in this thread... lets hear more of the 'it could of been bad, but ended up being sweet' type posts 8) :lol:
to everyone who has been posting about negative experience with heroin... (ive never dared try it myself)... please feel gatefull you havnt made the wrong mistake... I had my best friend die from an unexpected overdose... not a drug to be taken lightly at all... please do not play with opiates... it is not a game... :?

I'm afraid I don't have many years under my belt, but here's what I've got:
The night Brazil was being shown at my University's theater was the night I learned not to mix drugs. I don't remember exactly what I took, but I think it was something like 120mg of Codeine, 10mg of Oxycodone, 30mg of Adderall, a few shots of vodka, and possibly one or two Lorazepam (all spaced throughout the night). I didn't realize I should've taken the Codeine all at once, and instead took 30mg, waited, decided it wasn't enough, took another, waited, etc. I never really got any more effect after the second pill. Stupid. Near the end of the night I smoked some cannabis from a bong, and instantly started having dissociative episodes. My consciousness would continue floating up and to the left of my body unless I concentrated hard. My roommate had to help me get up the stairs and into bed. I was talking somplete nonsense, and my friend decided to record it... I still haven't listened to the recording. The next morning I vomited in the middle of my Introduction to Philosophy class.
The time I ate too much weed food also fucked with me quite a bit. I had what was apparently supposed to be two servings of extremely potent weed custard. It was fine until I started seeing a maniacally laughing lego cat face imprinted over every person's face. It also appeared whenever I closed my eyes, singing hysterical songs to me in Salvia-language. When I returned to my room, any noise would cause a terrible reaction. Just brushing against a blanket would cause static to rise in my ears, until it was so loud and terrible that I could do nothing but double over in agony. Complex thoughts would also trigger the static - any thought more complex than two words would cause overwhelming terror. I could do nothing but lie on the floor still, clearing my mind. Eventually I vomited.
Also, all of my Yopo experiences have been absolute hell. My body often refuses to vomit when it's necessary. While my friends get their vomiting done within the first few minutes and proceed to have a great time, I'm stuck in agony for the first hour or so, after which I'm only left with a scant 15 minutes or so for journeying.
Nothing too interesting, afraid I haven't picked up a heroin habit or anything such.

When I was in high school everyone thought it was cool to huff endust. It is the compressed air in a can that you use to clean your keyboard out with. The effects were a lot like nitrous. One day my friends and I stole a few cans from the local grocery store. We all had to go and work with my step dad on another friends roof. When we came back we started huffing it. A couple friends went first then it was my turn. I took two big hits from the can then the next thing I know I woke up in my step dad's truck. We were going about 90 mph right through the middle of my small town of 2000 people at the same time we were being chased by cops.
I asked my step dad what is going on and he told me that we were on our way to the hospital because I had stopped breathing and I turned ice cold and blue. I told him that I couldn't go to the hospital because I didn't have shoes on. He reminded me of the cops and said we were going anyways.
I guess that I had frozen my lungs with the stuff. To this day I have never huffed that shit again and even the smell of it makes me sick to my stomach.
I do have other stories but they will have to wait for another time. I did some stupid shit in highschool, but I guess I would never take it back because it helped make me who I am today.

any gass quickly moving from one place to another takes the heat away like a ac unit or fridge or Swamp Cooler work on these principals. Huffing any compressed gas can freez your lungs killing the tissue and killing you. The contents of the gas dont matter and are beside the point with the freezing effect. Another exaple is alchol on you skin feels cool because the evaporation is removing thermal energy from you skins surface. Thats the best i got hope you can make sense of it.

Just a quickie here since we're on a nitrous tangent. I think it's an amusing one. I was once drunk at a party where some nitrous balloons were going around. We'd somehow managed to pop all the balloons, so I said screw it and cracked one right in my mouth. Yeah...so I froze my lips onto the cracker and the gas was so freaking cold I thought I had frozen my lungs. Ahhhh, the good old days...
I have never had a dangerous experience on anything... apart from booze, but even then nothing that could be called life-threatening, just the odd punch in the face from those spiteful people who like to pick on drunks. Stupid booze, glad to have given up.
